Highly Qualified Electricians and Engineers

We understand that a rapid response to equipment failure is a given in any O&M market. With 55 Field Service Engineers (FSEs) spread across the country (around 78% of whom are HV authorised), we are uniquely positioned to rapidly respond to the needs of our clients. All of our FSEs are directly employed, qualified and experienced electricians, trained to British Standards. They work in teams of two, take specific responsibility for the performance of their allocated sites and carry out the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM) services necessary for the effective running of the site.

Induction Programme

We follow a very rigorous selection process which focuses on the individual rather than their PV specific knowledge. We invest thousands of pounds in each and every individual giving them the tools required to perform in depth the wide range of preventative and corrective tasks required on a PV solar site.

IT and Automation

The activities of our Field Service Team are coordinated through an integrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that ensures effective and efficient task prioritization according to our multiple client service level agreements. Each task performed by our FSEs is documented in detailed photographic reports that are made promptly available to our clients. Our Field Service Teams are supported by dedicated O&M resources covering Monitoring, Communications, LV Systems, HV Systems, Health & Safety and Land Management.
