Our partnership with bp
We are excited to be a partner in bp’s transformation from an international oil company to an integrated energy company. Lightsource and bp first entered into partnership in 2017. Most recently, bp has announced the intention to fully acquire Lightsource bp, which currently operates as a 50/50 joint venture with bp. Following completion bp intends to maintain Lightsource bp’s independent brand and organization.
